We believe it's essential to promote women's empowerment because when women thrive, economies improve.

At the end of 2019, we had the opportunity to be invited to the event "Ella hace historia," an initiative promoted by Facebook.

What is #EllaHaceHistoria (SheMakesHistory)?

It's a program that aims to give visibility and prominence to women in the business field, celebrate their achievements, and inspire many others.

The project provides a platform for the life stories of female entrepreneurs from various countries in Latin America who, through their stories, teach us that nothing is impossible when there is determination and love for their vocation. From a renowned science journalist to a small entrepreneur, they all represent female power and leadership.

Tech Quiero participated in this great initiative with the workshop "How to prioritize ideas for your entrepreneurship," led by Rosa Contreras.

In our workshop, we had the participation of 10 people. Getting to know the stories and business ideas of these female entrepreneurs was incredible because that's what we aim to do with our community: help them use elements, methodologies, and technological tools to achieve their dreams.

It was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely participate again. By supporting these initiatives, we aim to have a positive impact on the lives of many women and, in turn, the economy in Mexico and Latin America.
